By acting as a central viewing box, this site enables clients to search by region, property type etc etc and retrieve suitable properties from a multitude of agents.

Visitors can also use our agent search facility to locate real estate agents in a specific area.

Spanish Property Gateway does not become involved with communications between buyers and sellers. The client will be able to email the real estate agent direct using an email icon on the details page of the property they are interested in. In addition, details of the agents own website are shown at the bottom of the property details, enabling a client to go directly to the agents site if they wish.

The system to upload both property details and images is very user friendly.

You can put a great deal of information onto each record, and many photographs (max 10 per property).

Since photographs generate client interest, it is very beneficial to be able to place several external and internal shots of each property onto the site.

In addition to being able to upload images (in jpeg format), you can also upload text or PDF documents. If you have floor plans of new developments that are perhaps in a PDF document format, this provides a good alternative method to display the information.

Spanish Property Gateway doesn't just cater for property sales. Listings of properties to let, or holiday homes for rent can also be incorporated under the relevant categories.

Images uploaded must be less than 30kb in size (compressed jpeg format) per picture, and will be auto resized to 300x225 pixels.
Files uploaded in excess of 30kb may be deleted by the webmaster. This policing ensures that your images display quickly on the site. It's in your interest to have the image file sizes as small as possible, so they load quickly. (Please also see our helpful hints for more guidance and free photo resizing software)

Individual property details together with the photographs can easily be printed using the icon above the main property image. Useful for the client, but also for agents who may wish to use these printouts within their own premises for display purposes.

You can also log-in and view individual hits to each of your properties advertised on the site!
